When you access a book hosted on ClinicalKey, you will be able to view the chapters of the book in your web browser; but ClinicalKey requires that you have an Elsevier account in order to download or print those chapters.
Elsevier accounts can be created at no cost to you.
If you do not have an Elsevier account (or are not logged in to your existing Elsevier account), clicking the pdf icon on a book chapter will bring up a notice that you must be logged in before performing this action:
To register an account, click the "Register" button to the right of the search field, and then follow the prompts that appear in order to create your account.
Once you have created an account, log in and click the pdf icon again. A pdf copy of the chapter will open, which you can then print or download.
